The International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Sustainable Innovations in Technology (IC-SIT) 2024 was held from November 21-23, 2024, at Silicon University in Odisha, India, in a hybrid format. The event provided a platform for experts to explore advancements in intelligent computing, sustainable technologies, and innovative solutions across various disciplines. The conference was inaugurated by Shri Hare Krishna Ratha, Former Director at ITR Chandipur, DRDO, who served as the Chief Guest. Dr. Swati Das from Infosys Ltd. was the speaker for the event "Women in Engineering".

Renowned keynote speakers at the conference included Dr. Sung-Bae Cho from Yonsei University in South Korea, Dr. Xiaozhi Gao from the University of Eastern Finland, Dr. Saroj Kumar Meher from the Indian Statistical Institute, Dr. Somanath Tripathy from the Indian Institute of Technology Patna, and Dr. Siba K. Udgata from the University of Hyderabad. Their presentations covered a wide range of topics related to intelligent computing and sustainable technology innovations.

The conference featured various technical tracks, including intelligent learning and application, data science and business analytics, communication networks and IoT, parallel and distributed computing, multimedia, signal processing, embedded systems, and power, control, and smart grid technologies. Out of the 146 accepted articles, 117 were registered and presented at the conference. Acceptance rate of the article was 42.8%. All accepted and presented papers were published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, contributing valuable knowledge to the global research community.

The hybrid format of the event allowed for both in-person and virtual participation, ensuring accessibility to a broader audience. IC-SIT 2024 successfully facilitated an exchange of ideas, knowledge, and research in the fields of intelligent computing and sustainable innovations.
