Presentation Guidelines
Follow these essential instructions to create and submit your presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides and a pre-recorded video, in compliance with IEEE conference standards. Ensure your content meets all technical and formatting guidelines for a successful submission.
Slide and Video Submission Deadline: August 29, 2026
A. Prepare Your Slides
Slide Requirements
- Title Slide: Must include Paper Title, Authors, Affiliation, and Paper ID.
- Thank You Slide: Add email, lab website, and acknowledgements.
- Formats: Save as both PPTX and PDF.
- Max Size: 5 MB per file.
File Naming (Strict)
Replace ### with your Paper ID.
B. Record Your Talk
Online Presenters OnlyOnline participants must record a video of their presentation with the presenter’s face clearly visible and submit the video.
Presenting author may use any one of the following to record while presenting your slides:

Upload Files
Upload all required files at once:
Verify & Submit
Wait until the upload progress reaches 100%. Verify that the filenames strictly match the prescribed format before submission.
D. Live Session Day
Online Presenters OnlyChecklist for Online Presenters
- Join the meeting using the provided link at least 10 minutes before your session begins.
- The organizer will play your pre-recorded presentation video.
- Set Display Name:
PID ### Presenting Author Name - Keep a local backup of your slides/video ready.
- Q&A: You must be available online immediately after the video to answer questions.
