This special segment, organized by the IEEE Student Chapter, features student-led research, talks, and interactive sessions. Itβs a platform for young minds to showcase ideas, network with professionals, and engage with cutting-edge technology.
The IEEE Student Research Symposium, organized as part of the 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Sustainable Innovation in Technology (IC-SIT) 2026, aims to provide a platform for undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students to present their original research, exchange innovative ideas, and interact with academicians, researchers, and industry experts. Students from universities and institutions across diverse disciplines are cordially invited to participate and showcase their research contributions. Accepted papers will be presented in physical poster mode and will be published in a peer-reviewed journal.
The symposium invites original research papers, innovative projects, case studies, and technological developments from all disciplines of Engineering and Technology. The symposium encourages interdisciplinary research and welcomes contributions addressing emerging technologies, innovative solutions, and real-world engineering challenges.

Student Research Symposium
Students are invited to submit original research articles for presentation at the IEEE Student Research Symposium. Prepare your manuscript according to the IEEE format and submit it through the online submission form.
UG, PG and PhD students from all universities/institutions.
The submitted research article should be 4 pages in length, including figures, tables and references.
Manuscripts must be prepared using the IEEE conference paper format and should follow the prescribed structure, fonts, margins and citation style.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use the official IEEE manuscript template while preparing their article.

All submissions will undergo plagiarism screening followed by a single-blind peer review.
Save your manuscript in the required format and submit it through the online submission form before the submission deadline.
Each paper may have one or more authors. However, at least one author must complete the registration and present the paper during the Student Research Symposium. Accepted papers will be presented as physical posters.
